Massage Therapy

Massage therapy that vary in style and purpose. Can be a relaxation treatment or addressing chronic pain or tension. Each session is tailored to the individual needs, creating a personalized and restorative experience for both body and mind.

Facial Massage

Facial massage designed to stimulate lymphatic drainage, relieve facial muscle tension that may contribute to headaches, jaw pain, sinus pressure and neck discomfort. Treatment includes scalp massage plus hand and arm massage. Eminence organic products are utilized during the treatment.

Janice is a graduate from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies. She has been in the health and wellness industry for two decades.

She provides advanced therapeutic and relaxation massage. Her personalized approach incorporating osteopathic based assessment and various massage techniques ensures a healing experience that nurtures both body and mind.
